Imoru Has A Case To Answer On Falsification Of ATBU Documents

A highly criminal offense was discovered in Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) Bauchi where an acclaimed Engineer, Mr. Charles Imoru has dubiously forged documents of the institution to scam the management of Upper Benue River Basin Development Authority (UBRBDA) Yola.
Imoru who has been a staff of a water engineering company known for constructing dams, canals, and waterways, Havage Engineering Services Ltd, is accused of criminal offenses against the management of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) Bauchi.
Barrister P. M. Shagnah Esq, a human interest lawyer and observer of public accounts and documents, said Imoru has a case to answer for forging the documents of the Department of Civil Engineering Structures Laboratory (concrete cube test result) of ATBU to defraud UBRBDA.
He said this to draw the attention of ATBU and the management of UBRBDA when he stumbled on a court summons having Imoru as the applicant against the Attorney General of the Federation, Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Abubakar Suleiman Tela as a defendants.
The case before Federal High Court Yola has Imoru through his lawyer, M. O. Nwoye and others filed for leave to apply for judiciary review by way of Mandamus under order 34 rule 1 and 3 of the Federal High Court (civil procedures) rule 2019.
Shagnah said from the original summons, Suleiman Tella Abubakar has no case to answer because it was an issue dead on arrival, haven been tried and investigated by all anti-graft agencies and found Tela innocent and no court of competent jurisdiction should entertain such a vested interest issue from an alleged criminal offender of the highest order.
Shagnah blasted Imoru to be a cattle calling a pot black and he who comes to equity, must come with clean hands and should be arrested for causing public disorder and maligning innocent citizens in the person of Suleiman.
Barr Shagnah washed the prayers of Imoru who is asking the Court to compel the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd resppondents investigate the 4th respondent for manipulation of the integrated payroll and Personnel information system (IPPS).
He said Imoru is confused and probably under a spell who has known already Suleiman has been investigated many times in the order of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd respondents and found him Worthy, noble of a good Nigerian Man who is innocent of all the allegations.
“I think this guy is having a mental problem, I followed up their running battles from 2019 to date, where both the Ministry of Water Resources, ICPC, and even the Attorney General Federal have thoroughly investigated him, checked him back to back, and found him innocent of all their allegations.
“Charles is biting more than he can chew for the fact that he is behind the forging the documents of the Department of Civil Engineering Structures Laboratory (concrete cube test result) of ATBU to defraud UBRBDA is enough to bury himself in shame as a criminal who is bringing shame and disgrace to the Engineering profession,” Shagnah said.
For Imoru to have forged the ATBU document without the prior knowledge of the institution and go about presenting them for payment is a high rate of criminality.
He further described Imoru as a desperado who is a serial liar, a loser and unrepentant corrupt Staff of Havage Engineering Services Ltd, interloping over what is naturally not supposed to have any business with.
The human rights lawyer revealed that he has since instituted a criminal case against Charles for causing undue pain to Tela, Attorney General of the federation, ICPC.
He said Engr. Danladi Ebbah, the owner of the company should be wary of Imoru for bringing down the organization to fall short of public trust and failed woefully to pass the integrity test of a grounded construction company serving the interest of the Nigerian masses.

Shagnah who was Adamawa’s former All Progressives Congress (APC) legal adviser called on the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE)and the Council for the Regulation of Engineering Practice of Nigeria (COREN) to withdraw the certificate of practice from Charles because its dampening the images of the two Engineering bodies.
“I have finished my groundwork, he will soon hear me on the court. Enough is enough of the noise of this Man seeking unnecessary attention. I will drag into into a Court of competent jurisdiction to challenge his actions of forging a document of ATBU in an attempt to defraud UBRBDA. This is to let you know that the company through their management has a character problem, this is to also give you an idea of the kind of jobs they have been doing for the sake of the public. It therefore means that all the work they claimed they did well was not properly done and they want to get paid by all means.
“I’m calling on the general public, especially communities and organizations who know this company has done one or more construction work to go and revisit all they have done across the country to ensure it’s done within terms and conditions meeting up the prescribed specifications.
“Either way we will soon meet in court to ask Why the company’s level of corruption has derailed to this extent and to also ask why ATBU could not take them to court to seek redress despite discovering the company has Forged an official document of the organization.
“I want the general public to know that Abubakar Suleiman Tela has been tried, tried, and investigated all the frivolous allegations raised by Imoru and his cronies.
“For the Court, summons is something death on arrival and it will boomerang ok Charles and Havad Engineering service. This is an assurance.” Shagnah said.
