Governor Uba Sani Commissions Blocks Of New Classrooms

In his quest to provide quality education in the state, Governor Uba Sani, has commissioned yet another newly constructed two blocks of 10 classrooms at Government Junior Secondary School Abakpa, Kaduna North. 

The governor who was ably represented by his Chief of Staff, Sani Liman Kila, said the groundbreaking of the blocks of classrooms took place on  August 31,  2023, commemorating the Governor’s first 100 days in office.

According to Sani Kila, “the newly constructed two blocks of 10 classrooms are furnished with 20 units of 3-seater desks, whiteboards, and notice boards.

“Additionally, new toilet facilities have been installed, and the entire school has undergone extensive renovation to ensure a conducive learning environment for students.

“The new classrooms have expanded the capacity of the school to comfortably accommodate an additional 600 students.

“Water, Sanitation and Hygiene facilities have also been provided with separate toilets for boys and girls and access for persons with disabilities”.

The Chief of Staff, went further to say that, ” this school is one of the 62 new secondary schools (39 Junior Secondary Schools and 23 Senior Secondary Schools) being constructed under the leadership of Governor Uba Sani”.
