Zaria Mosque Collapse: Sardaunan Badarawa Sympathizes With Uba Sani, Emir Of Zazzau, Victims’ Families

Hon. Usman Ibrahim known as Sardaunan Badarawa has joined other prominent Nigerians in expressing shock and empathy over the Zaria Juma’at Mosque disaster in which scores of worshippers were reported dead.
In a statement personally signed and made available to journalists in Kaduna on Saturday, Sardaunan Badarawa sympathized with Governor of Kaduna State, Senator  Uba Sani and Emir of Zazzau, Ambassador Nuhu Bamali over the unfortunate occurrence in a house of worship, describing the disaster as one too many at a time people of the state and country in general are trying to adjust to life in the present economic reality.
While praying for the repose of the souls of the deceased, Sardaunan Badarawa who also holds the title of Santurakin Hausa, asked for Allah’s consolation and comfort for families of the lost ones.
“This tragedy is a huge loss, not just to the victims’ families but to the entire nation and humanity in general.
“It came at a time the country is in need of prayers for Allah’s intervention on the sudden socio-economic challenges facing the citizens.
“We can’t question Allah for what has happened but We are however, consoled by the fact that the worshippers passed on performing one of the obligatory duties of their Lord and Maker.
“May Allah in His infinite mercies forgive and admit them into Paradise,” he prayed.
